• All items are custom. Cancellation of an order after 5 hours of purchase will result in a store credit. As each item is unique and customized. 

• If goods were damaged upon arrival of package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the following in your message, your order number and tracking number. Lost or damaged items due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work closely with the delivery service to resolve it in the most reasonable manner. 

• All orders delivery dates are ESTIMATED and can be subject to delays. Please note that any cancellation request due to a delay of an item will automatically result in a store credit.

Shipping/Fulfillment Policy

• Tracking Numbers are provided once the custom order is completed and ready to ship. All Customers residing in the United States/Canada will receive a email and SMS message including their tracking number. All International orders will receive an email only. Please note that responding to any SMS message that data and messages rates may apply. 

• Shipping Methods: All Domestic (United States) orders will qualify for free shipping. International Orders are subjective to a shipping fees depending on the current USPS rate. All items are shipped standard UPS/USPS.

• We Currently Ship Internationally. Please keep updated as restrictions in certain countries may apply. 

• Changing Shipping Address: If you wish to change your address, please do so with 24-48 hours of purchase. You can provide your new address via our website chat or SMS (data and message rates may apply) 

• Returned To Sender: In the event of delivery issue such as an insuffiencent address and or your package is returned for any reason to Sew You, cost of reshipment will rely solely on the buyer. Sew You will invoice the buyer before the package is re-mailed.  Sew You highly recommends that you thoroughly look through your information before proceeding to checkout. 

• Lost Or Stolen Packages: In the event that your package has been stolen or lost, we highly recommend you contact the postal service provided along side your tracking number. As once the package is in custody of UPS and or USPS, Sew You store is no longer responsible for the item. 

• Shipment Delays: Please note that all shipment dates are ESTIMATED and can be subject to delays.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

 When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will require the buyer to return the damaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. After the product is returned, the customer is entitled to a replacement. We will pay for shipment of replaced product to customer and customer will be responsible of the return of product to us.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content.
