RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

All items are custom. Cancellation of an order after 5 hours of purchase will result in a store credit. As each item is unique and customized. ​

If goods were damaged upon arrival of package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the following in your message, your order number and tracking number. Lost or damaged items due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work closely with the delivery service to resolve it in the most reasonable manner. 

All orders delivery dates are ESTIMATED and can be subject to delays. Please note that any cancellation request due to a delay of an item will automatically result in a store credit. ​
